а) юр. (гарантия, которая возникает в момент совершения сделки, хотя юридически и не оформлена, напр., гарантия соответствия товара определенному назначению, гарантия безопасности использования товара по назначению и т. п.)
б) торг., юр. (содержащееся в законе указание на то, что производитель несет ответственность за бракованный товар или за нанесенный потребителю ущерб в результате использования товара, даже если нет определенного документа, устанавливающего такую ответственность)
